1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MS Goalkeeping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Training Services

MS Goalkeeping provides professional goalkeeper training services including:

One-on-one training sessions
Group training sessions (maximum 4 participants)
Game film review and analysis
Specialized training programs

All training sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

3. Payment and Fees

Payment for services must be made in advance of training sessions. Current pricing includes:

1 on 1 Session: $95/hour
Group Session (4 keepers max): $75/session
Full Game Film Review: $30
4 Game Film Review Package: $80

Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely through our booking system.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not receive refunds.

MS Goalkeeping reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, facility availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Participation in goalkeeper training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate and have appropriate medical clearance if necessary.

MS Goalkeeping and its coaches are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during training sessions. Participants are strongly encouraged to have appropriate health and accident insurance coverage.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect
Arrive on time and prepared for training sessions
Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
Maintain appropriate behavior and language

MS Goalkeeping reserves the right to terminate services for anyone who violates our code of conduct without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All training methods, materials, film analyses, and content provided by MS Goalkeeping are the intellectual property of MS Goalkeeping and its coaches. Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute any training content without express written permission.

8. Media Release

By participating in training sessions, you grant MS Goalkeeping permission to use photographs and videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please notify us in writing.

9. Modifications to Terms

MS Goalkeeping reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
